광화문 월대 복원공사의 원활한 진행 및 보행자 안전관리를 위하여 

광화문 출입 전면 폐쇄 및 보행로가 변경되오니 관람시 참고하시기 바랍니다.

- 기간 : 2023년 9월 4일 (월) ~ 9월 27일 (수)

          ＊추후 공사 일정에 따라 변경될 수 있음 

- 변경 보행로 : 경복궁역 5번 출구 및 

                     고궁박물관 정문 쪽 출입문 (경복궁 용성문) 또는

                     경복궁 주차장쪽 출입문 (경복궁 협생문)

※ 야간관람 시에도 광화문 출입 전면 폐쇄 및 보행로 변경 유지

※ 수문장 교대의식 행사 동선 변경

Temporary Closure of Gwanghwamun Gate and the change of pedestrian pathways due to 

the restoration of Gwanghwamun Woldae (Elevated stage for royal ceremonies) 

(Sep.4. (Mon) ~ Sep.27 (Wed))

Please note that Gwanghwamun Gate will be temporarily closed and pedestrian pathways will be 

changed due to the ongoing restoration of Gwanghwamun Woldae and pedestrian safety.

- Period: Sep. 4 ~ 27 (For 24 days)

- Substitute Entrances :

The main gate of the National Palace Museum (Yongseongmun Gate of the palace) 

Or the gate of the parking lot of the palace.(Hyepsaengmun Gate)

※ Even during the night opening, the entire entrance to Gwanghwamun is closed and changed 

pedestrian pathways are maintained.

※ Change in route for the royal guard changing ceremony

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to your viewing of Gyeongbokgung Palace 

due to Woldae restoration work.
